Allan Hatch, MD

Dr. Allan Hatch has been a cardiovascular disease specialist in central Arkansas for over 20 years. He graduated from East Carolina University and completed Cardiology Fellowship at Baystate Medical Center. In addition to the usual diagnostic cardiovascular testing, he has a strong interest in preventive medicine. He counsels patients extensively on preventive care measures and lifestyle modification that will enable them to enjoy a long healthy life. Dr. Hatch is an avid UNC Tarheels fan, and he enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Lori McBride, APRN

Lori has been practicing nursing for over twenty-five years and has been an acute care nurse practitioner for fourteen years. Most of her nursing career has been in Saline County. She graduated with her BSN from Henderson State University in 1993 and her master's degree from UAMS in 2006. Lori has a background in ICU and ER, and she worked here at Saline Heart Group as an RN prior to continuing her education. She then practiced at a local internal medicine clinic for ten years once completing her APRN degree before Saline Heart Group in 2016. She is the medical coordinator for our diabetes and enjoys spending time with her patients, teaching them about their diagnoses and discussing their care.

Robyn Henderson, IHP

Robyn Henderson is an Integrative Health Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher, and the Wellness Director for Saline Performance.

Robyn graduated from Balance Yoga & Wellness School of Hot Springs, Arkansas, with her 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification in 2018. She became a yoga teacher to deepen her practice and to share her love of yoga with others. Robyn has taught in fitness and wellness center settings around Saline County. As her love for a more holistic lifestyle grew, Robyn continued her studies with the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute earning her certificates in Level 1, Level 2, and Mastery IHP in 2021.

Robyn also has 10 years experience in Social Work, serving in both clinical and school settings. ​Robyn specializes in several aspects of yoga while also providing integrative health consulting. Robyn’s goal is to provide a safe place for her clients to move forward with purpose and clarity. 

Amanda Wright

Amanda was born and raised in Saline County and has been a personal trainer and fitness coach for over 8 years. Her passion for health, fitness, and helping others in general, led her to receive her Level 1 CrossFit Coaching Certification in 2017. With health, wellness, and fitness being a few of her many passions, expanding her career to include Saline Performance and Wellness Center seemed like a great next step in sharing her extensive knowledge in these areas with others so that they may enhance their lives for the better.

Courtney Worthen

Courtney has been an elementary teacher for over 20 years. Several years ago, she needed something to help manage stress and wanted to be active without being in a gym. Yoga was a perfect fit. Wanting to expand her yoga knowledge and share with fellow educators and young students, Courtney became a Registered Yoga Teacher in January 2019. In August 2023, she obtained her RYT 500 hour certification. Her favorite part of teaching yoga is when she sees the relaxation on everyone's faces during savasana, knowing that they've escaped this crazy world for an hour and took time for themselves. Courtney is also certified in children's yoga through YogaRenew and Cosmic Kids as well as Mental Health First Aid.

Darryl Myers

Darryl grew up in Sheridan, Arkansas and received his bachelor’s degree in Wellness Science at Arkansas Tech University. He has been with Saline Heart Group since 2014, and he enjoys working in our Wellness Center helping people reach their health goals. Being active and outdoors has always been at the forefront of his life. He regularly enjoys playing basketball, fishing, hunting, and is a huge Arkansas Razorback fan!

Sarah Montgomery

Sarah is a psychology student with a deep interest in luxury natural wellness. She earned her associate’s degree from UALR and is currently working toward her bachelor’s in psychology. Her passion for wellness began after becoming a mother, which led her to explore holistic approaches to self-care and mental health. She is dedicated to understanding the connection between mind and body, striving to promote well-being in everyday life while helping by others achieve this goal as well.

Elizabeth Mukhitdinov

Elizabeth has always been interested in holistic health and natural ways to care for the body. She also extroverted and loves to meet new people, so it is no surprise she would find herself working in an environment where she could aid people towards their health goals. She loves yoga, pilates, and other forms of exercise that encourage movement and breathing. Beyond her interests in wellness, she is a full-time writer working on her first publication in secondary literature.

Michelle Doak

Michelle has lived in Saline County almost all of her life. She has always had a passion for helping people. Her interest in wellness led her to get a bachelors degree in psychology at Henderson State University. She started practicing yoga in 2017, which sparked her wellness and healing journey. Working at Saline Performance + Wellness gives her the opportunity to help people and learn more about wellness.

Emily Burns

Emily brings her academic and leadership experience to her Wellness Assistant role. She is heavily involved in National Honors Society, Spanish National Honors Society, and serves as Treasurer of Beta Club. Outside of school, she enjoys walking her dogs, thrifting, and spending time with family.

Lindsay McGhee

Lindsay, a former teacher and counselor, now coordinates school-based mental health services. Her personal wellness journey, sparked by understanding trauma's physical impact, led her to Pilates. She's a certified Pilates instructor and Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor, eager to share its healing benefits.

Elizabeth Pattillo

Elizabeth started her yoga journey by showing up to what she thought was a Power Pump class at a gym in Shreveport, Louisiana. As she watched other students roll out their mats and take their shoes and socks off she thought, "What have I gotten myself into?" It turned out to be a turning point for her. That first class turned into a now two decade long pursuit of being a Yogi In Training. She believes in the philosophy and the connection to mind, body, and spirit yoga offers and loves to share that with others.
