Sunday

Praise & Pilates 5:30am-6:30am

Rise and shine for an early morning Pilates session of gentle (yet strengthening) movement sequences set to worship music. This mat-based series is designed to bring your mind, body, and spirit into a posture of worship and gratitude. Class begins with a moment of prayer and a short dive into the Psalms.

Monday

All Levels Yoga 8:30am-9:30am

Our all levels class will focus on setting a positive tone for the week. This session will include gentle stretches and breathing exercises as well as a balanced mix of foundational yoga poses and more challenging options, allowing all individuals to experience yoga at their comfort level. No experience needed.

Find Your Flow 6:15pm-7:15pm

A "Find Your Flow" yoga class focuses on connecting movement with breath to create a seamless, meditative flow. Through a series of dynamic poses and mindful transitions, you'll build strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating inner calm. This class encourages self-awareness and a sense of presence, allowing you to explore your body’s natural rhythm and deepen your practice in a supportive environment. Perfect for all levels, it helps you unwind, find mental clarity, and experience the transformative power of mindful movement.

Class will be on a limited schedule. We will not hold class on March 3rd or March 24th.


Tuesday

No classes scheduled at this time.

Wednesday

Pilates 6:15pm-7:15pm

Class will resume on Tuesdays until February 28th and then begin on Wednesdays. Join our Pilates class to strengthen your core and improve flexibility using only bodyweight exercises. This mat-based workout enhances posture, balance, and muscle tone without the need for props. Perfect for all fitness levels, it is a full-body workout that leave you feeling strong and centered.


Thursday

Meditate + Restore Yoga- 6:15pm-7:15pm

Our Meditate + Restore Yoga is designed with gentle floor based sequences using bolsters, blankets, and props that support the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental activity of the brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity.
