Exercise Class Schedule
Monday
All Levels Yoga 8:30am-9:30am
Our all levels class will focus on setting a positive tone for the week. This session will include gentle stretches and breathing exercises as well as a balanced mix of foundational yoga poses and more challenging options, allowing all individuals to experience yoga at their comfort level. No experience needed.
Beginner Yoga Series 6:15pm-7:15pm
New to yoga or looking for a simple workout to kick off your New Year’s resolutions? This beginner-friendly series is perfect for learning the basics, building strength, and finding your flow. Starts January 6th and lasts for 5 weeks.
$110 for the 5-week series or $25 per session.
No experience is needed. If you already have a yoga practice, you can still benefit from this class. Bring your mat and a water bottle. Mats are available at the wellness center, as well as other props (blocks, straps, etc.)
Tuesday
Discover the benefits of this gentle, low-impact class which combine slow, flowing movements with deep breathing to improve balance, flexibility, and mental clarity. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Join our Pilates class to strengthen your core and improve flexibility using only bodyweight exercises. This mat-based workout enhances posture, balance, and muscle tone without the need for props. Perfect for all fitness levels, it is a full-body workout that leave you feeling strong and centered.

Meditate + Restore Yoga- 6:15pm-7:15pm
Our Meditate + Restore Yoga is designed with gentle floor based sequences using bolsters, blankets, and props that support the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental activity of the brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity.
